Mountain Air Systems installed the mechanical and plumbing systems for Investors Corporation of Vermont's 5 story, 56,000 sq. ft. commercial office building located in Lebanon, NH. The building houses microbiology and R&D laboratories, along with commercial office space. The mechanical system consists of a 20,000 CFM, 100% outside air, heat recovery ventilation system, a 180 ton high efficiency screw chiller and a 4,000 MBH, 98% efficient hot water boiler plant.
