"In 1995, Mountain Air Systems installed the mechanical systems in our 45,000 sq. ft. warehouse office conversion. It was a major challenge to heat and cool a combination of large open studio spaces and individual offices in a 1916 structure on the shores of Lake Champlain subjected to ice, wintery winds, driving rain and snow and blistering summer heat. Since then, their systems have functioned admirably to keep 100 or so building employees and patrons of a retail cafe operation, comfortable in all seasons. As we have reconfigured space, Mountain Air has adjusted the HVAC to accommodate change, and of course has performed maintenance on the original mechanical systems. However, maintenance costs have been quite low considering equipment that is now 17 years old. I would highly recommend Mountain Air Systems for any large and complex job."
